预制造工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述： １.Establish and calibrate process control documents and instructions like Work Instructions, control plan, FMEA,flow chart 负责预装区域工艺文件的编制、校核（作业指导书、控制计划、FEMA、过程流程图等）

２.Responsible for prefabrication process setup and line balance optimization

负责预装线体区域内工位效率提升工作，通过工位平衡，工艺优化不断实现效率产能提升，实现工艺标准化； ３.Improve current ergonomics situation in prefabrication ; 负责价值流的自动化设备（标准和非标）导入并交接给对应工艺工程师，生产和维修团队 ４.Responsible for prefabrication area production quality improvement ,rootcause analysis, measurement implementation

负责预装区域质量推进，分析问题，制定措施，推进落地 ５.Improve workstation layout, tool design and material presentation 改善工作区域的布局，工装设计和材料上线; ６.Lead factory LCA activities and conduct CIP team in SNa; 主导工厂的LCA活动并协调南京家电园的CIP资源 ７.Control project cost budget and saving 控制预装区域的项目费用和节约

职位要求：

• Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other engineering-related majors. 学士及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、机械工程、工业工程或其他工程相关专业背景。
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Automation Engineering in manufacturing industry.至少 5 年制造业自动化工程相关工作经验。
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in automation projects or metal forming/stamping process projects.至少 3 年自动化项目实施或金属成型 / 冲压工艺相关项目经验。
• At least 1 year of experience in leading projects. 具备 1 年及以上项目主导经验。
• Good English skills (reading, writing and basic communication) for daily work. 英语可作为工作语言，具备良好的读写及基础沟通能力。
