该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责（Responsibilities） - 负责智能驾驶事业部新项目研发过程中360 AVM环视或泊车ECU basetech系统开发相关的研发工作； Responsible for R&D tasks related to the 360 AVM surround view or parking ECU basetech system development during new project R&D in the Intelligent Driving Division; - 根据客户的需求转化系统相关要求，制定新项目的系统研发方案，需求设计，需求分析，编写系统设计文档； Translate customer requirements into system specifications, formulate system R&D plans for new projects, conduct requirement design and analysis, and prepare system design documentation; - 协助新项目的设计验证工作，分析并解决测试过程中发生的问题原因，提出解决方案；Assist in design verification for new projects, analyze and resolve issues arising during testing, and propose solutions; - 识别和分析项目系统设计的问题，制定纠正方案以消除风险； Identify and analyze system design issues within projects, formulate corrective measures to mitigate risks; - 基于行业内的新技术、新方向推动产品开发、新功能导入等，以提高产品竞争力； Drive product development and new feature integration based on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance product competitiveness; - 与国内外相关团队进行沟通，负责相关信息的汇总及传递。 Coordinate with domestic and international teams, responsible for compiling and disseminating relevant information. 任职要求（Preferred Qualifications） - 大学本科及以上，电子/电气，自动化，仪器仪表，通信，计算机，车辆工程等相关专业； Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, Communications, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related fields; - 三年及以上汽车行业ADAS系统开发经验（硕士可以适当放宽）； 3 years of ADAS system development experience in the automotive industry (Master's degree holders may be considered with less experience); - 有开发团队管理经验更佳； Experience managing development teams is preferred; - 良好的英语书写和口语会话能力； Strong English writing and conversational skills; - 有完整泊车相关的ECU系统架构方案设计开发经验优先； Experience designing and developing complete ECU system architectures for parking-related functions is preferred; - 有完整AVM360环视系统开发/basetech网络管理及以太网诊断开发经验优先。 Experience developing complete AVM 360-degree surround view systems, BASETECH network management, and Ethernet diagnostics is preferred.
