  • Responsible for the comprehensive and end-to-end processing of complaints under AMR (including comprehensive handling of disputes escalating to litigation). When the company is the respondent, mitigate the risks of complaints and administrative penalties. When the company is the complainant, actively protect the company's interests and initiate complaints against the counterpart.

  • Lead complaints, coordinate with various departments of the company to provide evidence materials, and draft relevant documents. 领导投诉,与公司各部门协调提供证据材料,并起草相关文件。 (3) Liaise with the AMR, follow up and report on case progress, participate in hearings, make statements, defend administrative reconsideration/litigation when necessary, and actively protect the company's interests.与AMR联络,跟进并报告案件进展,必要时参与听证、陈述、行政复议/诉讼,并积极保护公司利益。
  • Contact with the complainant's counterpart and actively facilitate dispute resolution while safeguarding the company's interests. 与投诉人的对方联络,积极促进纠纷解决,同时保障公司利益。
  • Review internal and external documents related to advertising law and competition law and other related law. Through pre-compliance check (including but not limited to reviewing advertising content), and risk prevention and control, reduce the occurrence of complaints, and maintain the company's business security and brand reputation.

  • Answer legal inquiries from business departments regarding advertising, product labeling, after-sales services, and other related areas. Provide legal advice to prevent complaints. 回答业务部门关于广告、产品标签、售后服务及其他相关领域的法律咨询。提供法律建议以防止投诉。
  • Develop guidelines (such as a list of prohibited advertising terms) for addressing hot-button complaint issues and conduct internal training. 制定针对热点投诉问题的指南(如禁止广告用语清单)并进行内部培训。
  • Assist in reviewing contracts (like purchasing/sales contract), letters and other legal documents when there are no urgent complaint matters. Provide legal advice and handle various matters related to the establishment, dissolution, registration, filing, and changes in business licenses of the companies.

  • Complete other tasks assigned by the immediate manager.

  • Bachelor Degree(学士学位)
  • Law major(法律专业,优先考虑行政法专业,不包括刑法专业)
  • At least 2 year's working experience in processing AMR complaints and contract review(至少2年处理AMR投诉和合同审查的工作经验)
  • English level: CET 6 examination pass(英语水平:通过CET 6级考试)
  • Microsoft Office(熟练使用Microsoft Office)
  • Priority given to National Judicial Examination(优先考虑通过国家统一法律职业资格考试的)
  • Priority given to those with experience in handling administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation(优先考虑有处理行政复议和行政诉讼经验者)
