- Design and optimize food safety management policy and system with the E2E FSQ (End-to-End Food Safety & Quality) department 与E2E FSQ部门共同设计和完善食品安全管理方针与制度 25% 1.1 Lead the design, development, review, and revision of the global food safety management policy to ensure compliance with global requirements and national laws and regulations. 参与集团整体食品安全管理方针的制定、评审与修订,确保其符合总部要求与国家法规。 1.2 Guide and translate core food safety policies and guidelines into concrete, actionable food safety management systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintain and update them. Effective implementation of the system is ensured through close collaboration with the E2E FSQ department. 将核心食品安全的政策和方针转化为具体、可执行的食品安全管理制度、标准操作流程(SOP),并维护和更新。与E2E FSQ部门良好的协同,保证制度的有效落地。
- Risk Monitoring, Inspection and Improvement 风险监督检查与改进 30% 2.1 Develop and implement food safety risk monitoring plans for suppliers, stores, and all supply chain segments in the end-to-end value chain, specifying inspection scope, frequency, and standards. 制定并实施E2E价值链中供应商、门店、供应链中各环节的食品安全风险监控计划,明确检查范围、频次和标准,协同E2E更好的执行风险监控。 2.2 Immediately organize relevant responsible departments to conduct root cause analysis and develop/track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for key non-conformities and potential hazards identified during internal and external inspections, ensuring closed-loop resolution. 对内外部检查中发现的重大不符合项与潜在隐患,立即组织相关责任部门进行根本原因分析,制定并跟踪纠正与预防措施(CAPA),直至问题闭环整改。 2.3 Identify high-risk food safety issues in business operations (e.g., re-approval of non-compliant suppliers, relisting of substandard products) and implement monitoring and management measures. 识别经营业务过程中的食品安全高风险环节(如不合格供应商再次准入,不合格产品重新上架等)并进行监控和管理。
- Identify business-related regulatory risks and liaise with stakeholders. 识别与业务相关的法规风险,与相关方保持沟通 15% 3.1 Systematically identify, collect, and track laws, regulations, standards, and regulatory developments related to retail business (such as agricultural products, imported foods, cooked/prepared foods, e-commerce, etc.). 系统性识别、收集、追踪与零售业务(如农产品、进口食品、熟食制品、电商等)相关的法律法规、标准及监管动态 3.2 Conduct regular compliance assessments, analyze the impact of new regulations on existing operations, and issue risk early warning reports and compliance recommendations. 定期进行合规性评估,分析新规对现有业务的影响,出具风险预警报告和合规建议 3.3 Collaborate with CGA, LGA, FSQ head, and relevant stakeholders (including market regulatory authorities, industry associations, and third-party experts) to maintain daily communication and foster positive relationships. 协同CGA,LGA,FSQ head与相关方(如市场监管部门、行业协会、第三方专家)进行日常沟通,保持良好关系。
- Training and Culture Development 培训与文化建设 15% 4.1 Organize targeted food safety training on knowledge, skills, and awareness for different organizational levels: management, food safety management personnel, and front-line employees. 面向不同层级(管理层、食品安全管理人员、一线员工)组织开展针对性的食品安全知识、技能和意识的培训 4.2 Plan and drive the development of a food safety culture across the company and supply chain, while strengthening all employees' sense of responsibility for food safety. 策划并推动全公司及供应链的食品安全文化建设,提升全员食品安全主体责任意识
- Reporting and Communication 负责报告与沟通 15% 5.1 Organize the meeting for food safety management reports reviews and summaries regularly. And report the performance, risk scenario, major events and enhancement proposals to senior leaders. 定期组织回顾和汇总集团食品安全管理报告,向上级管理层汇报工作绩效、风险状况、重大事项及改进建议 5.2 Be responsible for internal dissemination and cross-departmental communication of food safety-related information to ensure smooth and accurate information flow. 负责食品安全相关信息的内部传达与跨部门沟通,确保信息流转顺畅、准确。 5.3 领导食品与产品安全团队,设定目标,分配资源,指导发展,提升团队专业能力与业务影响力。 Lead the food and product safety team by setting goals, allocating resources, guiding development, and enhancing team expertise and business impact.
