项目经理助理

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： Coordination with team to facilitate smooth, error free and timely execution of digital projects (WeChat, iDA, e-learning, Banners)

• Single interface between Client China team and production team
• Understand Project scope, goals and deliverables of the project including digital assets
• Communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion by identifying and managing project deliverables and managing dependencies.
• Facilitate issue resolutions in case of escalations per defined mechanism
• Engage relevant stakeholders as and when required for operational issues
• Accountable for continuous improvement of client satisfaction
• Accountable for ensuring project tracking tool is kept up-to-date. Determine frequency and content of status reports, analyze results and trouble shoot problem areas
• Work closely with the Delivery lead for critical service requests
• Accountable for quality and on time delivery of assets to client

任职要求：

• At-least 0.5 – 1 year of experience in project management
• At-least 1 year of client facing/ handling experience.
• Prior experience in Digital Assets handling, Experience is Life Science industry is a plus
