  • All dealers and channels management in specified area 负责指定区域内所有经销商及销售渠道管理
  • Distributors’ selection, management and assessment 经销商的筛选、日常管理与考核评估
  • Self-improving and developing 持续自我提升与专业能力成长
  • Professional and systematic management of bidding 规范化、专业化统筹招投标全流程管理
  • Communicate and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders 对接并协调内外部相关合作方,开展沟通协作
  • Discover, propose and implement new business opportunities 挖掘、提议并落地新的业务拓展机会
  • Implement distributors network and continuously optimize channels structure 搭建经销商网络布局,持续优化渠道架构
  • Area rebates management 负责区域销售返利相关管理工作 任职要求 QUALIFICATIONS
  • College or bachelor’s degree above 第一学历全日制本科及以上
  • More than 3 years experiences of commercial experiences in industry, multinational pharmaceutical companies will be preferred. 拥有3年以上医药行业商务相关工作经验,有跨国药企从业经历者优先
  • Be familiar with key business customers 熟悉行业核心商业客户资源
  • Solid understanding of Bidding’s policies and process 熟知招投标相关政策制度及业务流程
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 具备出色的人际交往及沟通协调能力
  • Enhanced analytical skills 具备优秀的数据分析与逻辑研判能力
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office 熟练使用微软Office办公软件
