该职位来源于猎聘 核心职责 Responsibilities 1. 独立负责技术类岗位(如AI工程师、云架构师)及管理岗(区域总监、产品VP)的全周期招聘,包括职位需求拆解、渠道策略制定、候选人评估及Offer谈判。 Independently responsible for the full cycle recruitment of technical positions (such as AI engineers, cloud architects) and management positions (regional directors, product VPs), including job requirement breakdown, channel strategy development, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation. 2. 熟练使用LinkedIn、Indeed等国际化招聘平台,挖掘被动候选人。 Proficient in using international recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to identify passive candidates. 3. 设计跨文化面试方案(行为面试+技术评估),协调跨时区面试流程。 Design a cross-cultural interview plan (behavioral interview+technical evaluation) and coordinate the cross time zone interview process. 4. 搭建并维护海外人才数据库,分析目标市场人才分布。 Build and maintain an overseas talent database, analyze the distribution of talent in the target market. 5. 优化海外招聘流程,解决跨国用工合规问题。 Optimize the overseas recruitment process and solve cross-border employment compliance issues. 6. 支持业务部门设计远程团队管理方案,提升跨境候选人体验。 Support business departments in designing remote team management solutions to enhance the experience of cross-border candidates. ________________________________________ 任职要求 Qualifications: 1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源、心理学、英语或计算机相关专业优先。 Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in human resources, psychology, English, or computer science. 2. 英语可作为工作语言,掌握小语种(德语、日语等)加分。 English can be used as a working language, and mastering minor languages such as German and Japanese will earn extra points. 3. 3年以上专注海外/跨境招聘经验,熟悉科技行业技术岗位人才画像。 More than 3 years of experience in overseas/cross-border recruitment, familiar with the talent profile of technical positions in the technology industry. 4. 具备“猎头式”主动寻访精神,对技术趋势有好奇心。 Possess a "headhunting style" proactive search spirit and be curious about technological trends.
