  • 主要在上海工作,愿意在中国的各个地点工作。 如果你对专用配料行业充满热情,擅长建立长期客户合作关系,并希望在快速发展的市场中承担资深销售角色,欢迎加入我们。 Job Description Job Title: Senior Salesperson – Specialty Ingredients We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Salesperson to join our Specialty Ingredients team in China. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales of a diverse portfolio of specialty ingredients across multiple application areas, including but not limited to nutrition, functional food, dietary supplements, and other relevant segments. The portfolio includes specialty ingredients both dairy based and non-dairy based.

    The role will focus on developing and managing business across China, with a preferred location in Shanghai.

    The Senior

    Salesperson will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships, actively developing new business opportunities, and contributing to product strategy, marketing initiatives, and overall sales strategy. A strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer needs is essential to support sustainable growth and the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales of a broad range of specialty ingredients, including functional and nutritional ingredients, across multiple application segments in China.
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen long term relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on the development and execution of product strategies, marketing initiatives, and sales plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer requirements, and translate insights into actionable input for sales strategy and product development.
  • Consistently work toward meeting and exceeding the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Food & Nutrition, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in the Dietary Supplements industry; a minimum of 3 years of Business Development or Sales Experience in dietary supplement ingredients or related industries.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 30% to 50% of the time, as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Mandarin and English (capable of basic communication in English).
  • Preferred location in Shanghai, with a willingness to work in various locations in China.
