The Position
【罗氏制药全国市场准入部招聘实习生】
招聘团队负责新产品医保策略制定、支付政策倡导、部门整体目标和策略规划及项目管理等工作。
【职位描述】
- 进行案头研究、文献回顾梳理
- 支持数据收集、数据处理及数据分析等
- 支持完成项目研究报告的撰写
- 支持项目材料准备和递交
- 社会与管理药学、公共卫生、管理药学、药事管理等与医药政策研究相关的专业优先考虑，研究生优先
- 上海地区优先，实习时间6个月以上者优先，每周至少出勤3天，全勤更佳
- 具有较强的信息检索能力、逻辑思维能力及快速学习能力
- 具有较强的政策分析能力和文字表达能力
- 具备对国际及国内医疗保障体系的研究能力
- 熟练的英语读写能力
- 行业领先的市场准入团队的实习经历
- 了解药品在中国市场准入的宏观环境
- 获得在医保准入、价值倡导方面的行业领先经验
- 了解跨国制药企业的内部流程和管理模式
工作地点：北京市朝阳区正大中心南塔8层
实习工资：按公司标准发放
