该职位来源于猎聘 The developer will be responding to data migration/integration solution design/understanding, system integration trouble shooting and communication or other specific information based on the enquiries received. Qualifications Education Background

• BA degree minimal，technical degree desired
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
• Ability to speak and write Mandarin is a distinct advantage Work experience:
• Experience of complex system integration and data migration job
• Design of CRM system or consumer engagement system or loyalty system experience Required Interpersonal Skills:

• Proficient in SQL and DB related knowledge

• Familiar with mainstream project automation build and packaging processes (Azure CI/CD related experience is preferred) Responsibilities (May perform other duties as requested that may not be specifically addressed in this document) Overview of developer Role:
• Understand as-is/to-be system, dataflow design, and the Loyalty product
• Responsible for the data dictionary/structure logic and quality clarification and communication with data source system in data migration and dry run phase
• Responsible for the coordination and communication of system integration in SIT phase
• Support on the technical and history data related tickets in UAT and Hyper care phase
• Communicate with client in effective and efficiency way
• Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues using established diagnostics tools and procedures
• Ensure requests are handled appropriately by coordinating with various functions within the company
• Must poses the ability to conduct active listening while being empathetic and reassuring the client
