• The incumbent directly manages team resources to maximize team productivity, supports business operational demands and implements short-term business strategies with a strong focus on execution. This position also maintains efficient and stable cooperative relationships with internal technical departments and cross-business stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of technical and business work.
• Lead an 8-10 member engineering technical team to develop global-oriented energy storage products and generator hybrid solution technologies targeting data center and commercial & industrial application scenarios. 岗位概述

• 领导8-10人的工程技术团队，针对数据中心和工商业应用，开发面向全球市场的储能产品，以及和发电机组混动方案的开发。 Key Responsibilities
• Cultivate and manage professional technical talents across multiple sites of the business unit, ensure adequate technical manpower to support overall business technical requirements.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of highly complex, ambiguous system issues with global business impact, and support team setup and manpower deployment.
• Drive continuous iteration and optimization of cross-functional and cross-site work processes and system mechanisms within the global business unit.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring for team members, including technical guidance, problem-solving support, obstacle removal and career planning, and deliver regular performance assessment and feedback.
• Establish and optimize standardized management processes covering resource allocation, business adjustment, stakeholder management and knowledge inheritance to support high-quality business decisions.
• Independently make key decisions on resource cost, schedule arrangement, project priority and staffing, and manage Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to ensure controllable project cost and delivery across sites.
• Formulate employee performance standards, collaborate with teams to clarify work goals, and continuously rectify and improve team work deficiencies. 主要工作职责

• 搭建并优化资源配置、业务调整、相关方管理、知识沉淀等标准化流程，为高质量业务决策提供支撑。
• 独立负责资源成本、进度排布、项目优先级、人员配置等关键决策，统筹年度运营计划，保障多基地项目成本与交付可控。
• 制定员工绩效标准，协同团队明确工作目标，持续整改、优化团队工作短板与不足。 Core Competencies
• Product Development Execution, Monitoring and Control：Organize and implement product development tasks as required, oversee cross-department progress to reach quality and resource goals, ensure product performance up to standard, control project risks and be familiar with full product lifecycle management.
• Product Verification and Validation Management：Formulate product verification schemes to identify failure risks, reasonably control project scope by matching demands with actual capabilities, verify product performance via various test results and provide technical basis for product decisions.
• System Requirements Engineering：Convert user demands into clear and verifiable system requirements, set acceptance standards, track requirement changes and sort out related technical documents in a standardized way.
• Technical Documentation：Compile and sort out professional technical materials, deliver unified standard documents and promote internal knowledge sharing and experience inheritance.
• Comprehensive Literacy：Good at establishing internal and external communication connections, able to make efficient decisions and solve complex uncertain problems, keep optimizing working methods and manage projects properly with inclusive working attitude. 核心能力要求
• 产品开发执行、监控与管控：按要求统筹落实产品开发工作，统筹跨部门推进进度，达成质量与资源目标，保障产品性能达标，管控项目风险，熟悉产品全生命周期管理流程。
• 产品验证与确认管理：制定产品验证方案，识别潜在失效风险，结合实际技术能力把控项目范围，依托各类测试结果核验产品性能，为产品相关决策提供技术依据。
• 系统需求工程：将各方需求转化为清晰可落地验证的系统要求，制定验收标准，跟进需求变更影响，规范梳理各类关联技术文件。
• 技术文档编写：整理汇总专业技术资料，输出标准化文档资料，推动团队内部知识共享与经验沉淀传承。
• 综合素养：善于搭建内外部沟通协作渠道，能够高效决策并处理复杂不确定工作问题，持续优化工作方式，合理统筹项目各项事务，秉持包容协作的工作理念。 Education, Experience
• Candidates shall have working experience as a Technical Specialist or entry-level technical/engineering management in product, technology or engineering service positions.
• Possess proven capabilities in project leadership and result influence through direct or indirect team management. Have a successful track record in technical problem solving, high-quality decision-making, team technical guidance and leadership, and conflict resolution.
• Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Automation or related majors.
• Possess more than 5 years working experience in one of the following fields: energy storage system integration, converter development, integrated application of power battery and energy storage battery, or other power electronic components and system integration.
• Proficient in English with solid listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. 学历及经验要求

• 具备五年及以上以下任一领域工作经验：储能系统集成、变流器开发、动力电池与储能电池集成应用、其他电力电子器件及系统集成相关工作。
• 具备技术专员相关工作经验或产品、技术、工程服务领域初级技术管理经验，能够通过直接或间接团队管理方式主导项目、把控工作成果。
• 拥有丰富的技术问题攻关、高质量决策、团队技术指导、团队管理及冲突处理经验，过往工作成果优异。
