• Good understanding of the technical part of a project, which could beCMS like Liferay or OpenCMS, and specific technologies or programming languageslike Java, dotNet, XML / XSD, etc.
• Familiar with IT testing procedures, software versioning, deploymentprocesses related to online projects
• Familiar with online project development methodology
• Familiar with Bug-Tracking tool (internally and externally) specific foronline projects like JIRA and BONFIRE
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, written &spoken
• Ability to explain complex technical problems to clients andthird-parties
