试验工程师 Test Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责产品整机、零部件及系统试验策划及执行；

2、负责产品整机、零部件及系统试验方案、试验报告编制；

3、负责产品整机、零部件及系统试验能力提升方案制定及执行；

4、负责产品整机、零部件及系统试验数据归档及分析处理；

5、负责产品整机、零部件及系统试验标准的编制。 岗位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，机械等相关专业；2年及以上产品试验工作经验； 2、熟练运用Office等办公软件及质量管理工具；

3、责任心强、勇于担当，具备较强的组织协调能力和沟通能力。 Job Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct tests for complete products, components and systems.
• Compile test schemes and test reports for complete products, components and systems.
• Formulate and implement improvement plans to upgrade the testing capability of products, components and systems.
• Archive, analyze and process test data of complete products, components and systems.
• Establish and compile testing standards for complete products, components and systems. Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; at least 2 years of working experience in product testing.
• Proficient in Office software and common quality management tools.
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, with excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills.
