Testing Engineer 测试工程师 (硬件方向)

• 职位概述 1）执行测试工程相关任务，确保产品设计的完整性和可制造性。 2）主要职责是协助新项目从世福/CPD/EVT导入或迁移至世福制造，并支持产品发布。 3）在较少的监督和指导下，确保质量、成本和交付的有效性。 2. 主要职责 1）负责单元QDC（质量、交付、成本）的日常管理。 2）负责新项目和迁移项目的单元搭建。 3）在单元内推行FBS（福迪威业务系统）改善活动，落实真正的FBS文化（如单件流、标准作业、看板等）。 4）如果问题在30分钟内无法解决，需向生产经理发出“红旗”预警。 5）培训新入职的测试工程师，使其掌握日常工作内容。 6）带领并指导故障排除人员学习新项目的故障排除方法。 7）与研发工程师合作，建立测试标准作业程序（SOP）。 8）对操作工进行必要的新技能培训，并认证其技能水平。 9）完成其他分配的相关职责。 3.

任职要求 1）工程类本科及以上学历，至少5年技术工作经验，或具有同等学历与经验组合。 2）英语口语和书面表达流利。 3）广泛掌握功能及部件领域的原理、理论及概念。 4）具备创造性和独立判断与评估能力。 5）熟悉SPC（统计过程控制）和DOE（实验设计）工具。 6）具备出色的故障排除技能。 7）了解制造工程的理论与概念，具备精益生产和改善（Kaizen）知识者优先。 8）具有NPI（新产品导入）经验者优先。 9）熟悉电子元件及MCU（微控制器）接口。 10）熟悉一种或多种编程语言，如VB.NET、C、JavaScript、JQuery、HTML、CSS。 11）具有控制、软件、测量、光学、视觉及其他技术开发经验者优先。 4. 绩效考核指标 1）新项目成功导入量产。 2）因测试问题导致的生产线停线情况。 3）通过测试流程/设备改进带来的生产效率提升。 4）校准与测试的直通率（RTY）提升。 ———————————————— 1. GENERAL SUMMARY 1) Perform testing engineering assignments associated with integrity of product design to assure manufacturability.

• Primary responsibility to assist new project introduction from SHIFU/CPD/ EVT or migration to SHIFU manufacturing and release product support.
• Quality, Cost and Delivery effectiveness with a minimum of supervision and guidance. 2.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Cell QDC daily management.

• Cell Setup for New projects and Migration projects.
• FBS Kaizen to the cells for the real FBS Culture (one piece flow, SW, KANBAN ...) 4) Raise the RED FLAG to production manager if the problem cannot be solved within 30 minutes.
• Training new TE ENG for the daily work.
• Lead and coach trouble-shooter to learn trouble shooting of new project.
• Build up testing SOP through working with RD engineer.
• Train operator for the necessary new job skills, certify operator skill level.
• Perform other related duties as assigned. 3.

REQUIREMENTS 1) Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years technical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Fluent in both oral and written English.
• Wide application of principles, theories and concepts of functional and component area.
• Requires originality and independent judgment and evaluation.
• Familiar with SPC and DOE tool.
• Has very well trouble-shooting skill.
• Theories and concepts of manufacturing engineering with acknowledge of lean production and Kaizen is preferred.
• NPI experience is preferred.
• Familiar with electronic component and MCU interface.
• Familiar with one or more languages such as VB.NET, C, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS.
• Have experience in control, software, measurement, optic, vision and other technology development is plus.
• MEASUREMENT 1) New project successfully introduced into mass production.
• Line down due to testing issues.
• Productivity improvement due to testing process/equipment improvement.
• RTY of calibration & testing promotion.
