JOB SUMMARY 岗位概述 Proceed with the products’ testing and repairing production activities in SHVC, to meet customers’ requirements. 负责对公司产品测试和维修生产任务，满足客户需求。 Cooperate with the MFG and ENG departments to provide solutions or improvement measures for problems that occur during the manufacturing process from the testing and maintenance levels. 配合制造、工程部门从测试、维修层面就制程中所出现的问题提供解决方案，或改进措施。 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES 主要任务&职责 Daily support for product testing on the production line. (Product testing station establishment and maintenance, testing guidance and support.) 日常对生产线产品测试的支援。（产品测试站建立维护，测试指导支持。） Trouble shooting and repair non-confirming products on production line. Provide root cause analysis report to improve process, solve problems, and recommend corrective actions. 产线不合格品的维修，分析，并提供数据报告改善工艺/解决问题/提供纠正措施。 Trouble shooting and repair customer return units. 维修客户退回的不良品。 Build test and maintenance platforms, maintain test and maintenance equipment, including the calibration and maintenance of equipment instruments. 搭建测试维修平台，维护测试维修设备，包括设备仪表的校验维护。 Independently complete the automation testing platform project. 独立完成部门的自动化测试平台项目。 Provide repair report, analysis report for returned items, provide weekly repair report. 提供返修品的维修报告，测试报告及每周的维修报告。 Repairing data-base maintenance. 维修数据库的日常维护管理。 Safety inventory control for maintenance spare parts. Collection of defective components. 维修备件的安全库存控制。不良元器件的收集。 Cooperate with other depts. to meet customer requirements. 与其他部门协作共同满足现有及潜在的客户需求。 Implement the relevant management systems such as ISO9001， ISO14001, safety production management, etc. 协助执行公司相关文件，流程和体系的要求，如ISO9001， ISO14001，以及安全生产管理等。 Complete any other related functional responsibilities in T&R department assigned by leader. 完成上级交与测试维修部门内其他相关工作或职责。 REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求 Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronic / electrical engineering, automation or other equivalent ones. 本科以上学历，电子/电气工程、自动化专业，或其它相关专业。 3 years’ experience in electrical or electronic areas in testing and repairing, and in a foreign-funded enterprise preferred. 3年以上相关电子电气测试维修领域的工作经验，有外企工作经验者优先。 Familiar with switching power supply principles and power inverter principles. 熟悉开关电源的原理、电源转换器的原理。 Repairing process and work flow of electronic products. 电子产品的维修操作流程。 Possessing development tools such as LabVIEW / C# / C , and having the ability to independently develop automated testing projects. 具有LabVIEW / C# / C 等开发工具，以及独立开发自动化测试项目的能力。 Languages 语言能力 Basic English skills 基本英语语言技能 Workplace Professionalism 职业素养 Good communication and coordination 良好的沟通和组织协调能力 Good team player 良好的团队合作 Service oriented 良好的服务意识 Careful and patient, good listener 仔细, 耐心, 善于聆听 Positive, passion for work, initiative 积极, 工作热情, 主动 Long-term professional confidentiality sense 持久的职业保密意识
