Training Manager 培训经理

职责范围： 1、Set up and implement training program in line with brand direction and sales needs.根据品牌方向和销售需求制定并实施培训计划。 2、Develop high quality training program to train and develop sales team in area of product knowledge, selling skills, negotiation skills and other sales related personal qualities. 制定高质量的培训计划，在产品知识.销售技能.谈判技能和其他销售相关个人素质方面培训和发展销售团队。 3、Develop training materials, translating the product technology specification to sales talks and for the field sales and promoter. 开发培训材料，将产品技术规范翻译成销售会谈，并为现场销售人员和推广人员提供培训。 4、USP translation to consumer language. USP翻译成消费者语言。 5、Ensure high quality implementation of the training program through evaluation.通过评估确保培训计划的高质量实施。 6、Deliver promotional activities, new product launce training(sales folder) to dealers and sales. 向经销商和销售人员提供促销活动，新产品发布培训。 7、Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors. 执行上级指派的任何其他职责。 任职要求： 1、College Degree or above.大专或以上学历。 2、At least 3 years or above of sales training experience and having training program management experience. 3年以上销售培训经验，有培训项目管理经验。 3、 Strategic thinking and gook planning ,good analytic and problem solving skills.战略思维和良好的计划，良好的分析和解决问题的能力。 4、Good communication and good team player.良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。 5、Good written and spoken English.英文读写良好 良好的英语听说读写能力。 6、Willing to travel and work under pressure.愿意在压力下出差和工作。
