该职位来源于猎聘 About the Role We are looking for a highly visual-driven designer with strong UI and Visual Identity (VI) capabilities, and hands-on experience in 3D modeling or 3D visual creation. This role sits at the intersection of digital product design, brand expression, and emerging visual experiences, shaping how our products and services look, feel, and communicate value. You will work closely with UX designers, product teams, and stakeholders to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, and premium visual experiences across digital and physical touchpoints. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Visual & UI Design

• Design high-quality UI interfaces for digital products (apps, web, platforms), ensuring visual clarity, consistency, and scalability
• Define and evolve Visual Identity (VI) systems across products, services, and marketing touchpoints
• Translate brand strategy into visual language, components, layouts, and motion principles
• Create design assets including UI components, icons, illustrations, layouts, and visual guidelines 3D & Advanced Visuals
• Create and apply 3D models, scenes, or visual elements to support product storytelling, concept visualization, or UI/UX exploration
• Collaborate with UX and product teams to integrate 3D visuals into digital experiences where relevant
• Explore new forms of visual expression (3D, motion, real-time rendering, spatial UI) to elevate user experience Collaboration & Delivery
• Work closely with UX designers to ensure visual design supports user needs and business goals
• Collaborate with developers to ensure visual feasibility and implementation quality
• Present visual concepts and design rationale clearly to internal teams and stakeholders
• Contribute to design system development and visual consistency at scale ________________________________________ Required Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in Visual Design, UI Design, or Digital Product Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in UI design and visual identity (VI)
• Hands-on experience with 3D modeling or 3D visual tools (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar)
• High visual sensitivity for layout, typography, color, composition, and hierarchy
• Solid understanding of how visual design supports UX, usability, and interaction
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant 3D tools
• Ability to work across abstract concepts and detailed execution ________________________________________ Nice to Have

• Experience in design systems or scalable visual frameworks
• Understanding of front-end constraints and implementation (HTML/CSS basics is a plus)
