Validation Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Objective of Position / 岗位设立的目标 Complete instrument validation, summarize and analyze the experimental data to verify the functions and performance of the product. 完成仪器实验，汇总并分析实验数据，从而对产品的功能、性能进行验证。 Main Responsibilities/ 主要工作职责

• Be responsible for the testing and validation of various models of instruments. 负责厂内各规格型号仪器的测试验证工作
• Conduct validation experiments on product functions, performance, etc. in accordance with the plan, analyze and summarize the experimental data. 按照方案对产品进行功能、性能等的验证实验，并对实验数据进行分析汇总
• Develop appropriate troubleshooting experimental protocols for instrument performance issues and carry out experimental analysis. 针对仪器性能问题，制定合适的排查实验方案，并执行实验分析
• Daily maintenance for instruments. 对仪器设备进行日常维护保养
• Other daily tasks arranged by the department. 其他部门安排的日常工作Required profile/ 职位要求
• Majors in computer science, biology, laboratory medicine, or bioengineering. 计算机、生物、检验医学、生物工程等专业
• Should have some experience in performance testing of IVD instruments. Those with experimental experience or theoretical basis in microbiology, MS, etc. will be given priority. 具备一定的体外诊断仪器性能试验经验，有微生物、质谱等实验经验或理论基础的优先
• An educational background of junior college or above is required, with a bachelor's degree would be preferred. 大专及以上学历，本科优先
• Candidate should be meticulous, cautious, highly responsible, with good team spirit, and have a passion for laboratory technical work. 工作细心、谨慎，责任心强，具有良好的团队精神，热爱实验室技术工作
