We Advise On

Defining, Determining And Enhancing Business Value For Our Clients When They Are Considering Corporate Transactions, Capital Investments And Shareholder Value Management Issues.

We Bring

In-depth Knowledge In The Following Fields

• Valuation opinions or advice provided in accordance with Chinese Valuation Standards and other regulatory requirements (such as those for state-owned assets)
• Financial reporting valuations opinions or advice under US GAAP, local GAAPs, IFRS and other local regulatory requirements
• Advice and/or opinions related to investment appraisals and capital allocation decisions
• Advice and/or opinions related to competition regulation and merger economics; Long-term economic reviews and/or projections of markets or industries

Requirements

Bachelor Degree and above

• Minimum two years’ relevant experience in valuation/ audit/ financial analysis

CPV/CFA license holder preferred

• Excellent research, financial modelling and financial analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team players, able to work effectively under pressure
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written are essential Responsibilities:
• Conduct valuation projects / valuation reviews and other job assignments
• Begin to build an internal network of contacts, e.g., business and community, cross-functional, cross-LoS
• Prepares concise, well written documents using appropriate business and technical language
• Demonstrate behaviors such as teamwork, knowledge sharing, maintaining relationships, living the Firm’s values, etc.
• Participate in project planning, administration and economics, e.g., budgeting, staffing, billing
• Delegate tasks, prioritize and manage assignments of self and others with a focus on completion within budget. Elevates issues for project leadership.

职责：

• 执行估值项目/估值复核及其他工作任务
• 开始建立内部联系网络，例如，业务与社区、跨职能、跨业务线
• 使用恰当的商务和技术语言，准备简洁、撰写良好的文档
• 展现团队合作、知识共享、维护关系、践行公司价值观等行为
• 参与项目规划、行政管理和经济事务，例如，预算编制、人员配置、开票
• 委派任务，确定优先级，并管理自身及他人的任务分配，重点是在预算内完成。向项目领导层上报问题。

要求：

• 本科及以上学历
• 至少两年估值/审计/财务分析相关工作经验
• 持有CPV/CFA证书者优先
• 出色的研究、财务建模和财务分析能力
• 出色的人际交往和沟通能力
• 具有团队合作精神，能在压力下有效工作
• 必须具备流利的英语和普通话（包括口语和书面语）能力
