Responsibilities 职责 • Make yearly, monthly and daily production plan according to the salesforecast and strategy. 根据销售预测和战略制定年度、月度和日生产计划。 • Release planned orders according to the production plan in SAP system. 根据生产计划在SAP系统释放计划订单。 • Monitor the fulfillment of the production plan, take actions to ensure the implementation of the production plan. 监控生产计划的完成情况，采取相应措施保证计划的实施和按时完成。 • Decide the production priority when the capacity and materials is not enough. 当材料和产能不足时，决定生产的优先权。 • Propose effective solutions when the production plan can not be fulfilled in time. 当生产计划不能按时完成时，提供有效解决方案。 • Supporting other departments in localization projects. 在国产化项目实施中对其他部门提供支持。 • Takes actions to achieve customers fillrate target. 采取措施完成客户完成率的目标。 • Contol the raw material,WIP,finished goods inventory to achieve the target. 采取措施控制原材料、半成品、成品库存，以完成公司既定目标。 • Support ECR implementation as contact window in logistics 作为物流部对接人支持各种变更的推进。 • Work as coordinator for logistics topics in localization and customer projects. 在各类项目中担任物流相关主题的协调员。 • Implement BPS related lean logistics projects to achieve department’s target. 开展BPS相关的精益物流项目，完成部门指标。 • Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives. 上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。 Qualification required 资格要求 • Education学历 Bachelor Degree, logistics or business administration major is preferred. 学士学位，物流或工商管理相关专业优先。 • Experience工作经验 Minimum 2 years work experience in production planning, automobile industry is a plus. 两年以上生产计划相关工作经验，汽车行业优先。 • Training培训 Lean production related and SAP training. 精益生产相关和SAP培训。 • Skills技能 - Good knowledge in MS Office. 熟练应用微软办公软件。 - Good English skill both in written and spoken. 良好的英语沟通能力。 • Other其它 - Good health 身体健康 - Good professional ethics 良好的职业道德 - Care about details and precision 注重细节及精确性 - Self-motivated and able to work under pressure 能够自我激励并承受工作压力 - Able to work overtime if necessary 必要时可以加班 - Hold positive attitude whenever facing different opinions or other problems and take nessesary actions to facilitate solutions 出现意见不合或其他问题时能够以积极的态度应对，并采取行动积极配合以促进问题的解决。
