岗位设立的目的及目标 / PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB 执行仓库的收发存等日常工作，支持仓库高效率运作。 Perform daily warehouse operations such as receiving, storing, and issuing goods, supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse. 主要职责 / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Quality and Regulation/质量和法规 •确保管理遵守国家药品监督管理局相关法规、ISO 13485 标准以及其他适用行业规范、目标市场的质量法规以支持完成公司目标。 Support the company’s goal of ensuring compliance with NMPA regulations, ISO 13485 standard and other industry codes applicable and quality regulation applicable to target market within management accountability scope.

Working

Accountabilities/工作职责 •包装作业：根据作业指导书完成产品包装、贴标、装箱及封箱工作，确保包装质量符合公司及客户要求；按照生产计划及时完成包装任务，保证产品安全、完整地交付。 Packaging Operations: Perform product packaging, labeling, carton packing, and sealing according to work instructions; ensure packaging quality meets company and customer requirements. Complete packaging tasks on time and ensure products are delivered safely and accurately. •收货，日常实物清点收货，精通叉车操作（平衡重）。 Receiving Goods: Daily physical inventory checks and receipt of goods; proficient in forklift operation (counterbalance). •产线物料准备，对接生产，根据产线库存，生成领料需求并发料。 Ingredient Preparation: Coordinate with production, create material requisitions based on production line inventory, and issue materials to support manufacturing operations. •发货，根据计划指令准备发货文件，保证及时发货。 Shipment: Prepare shipping documents according to the planned instructions to ensure timely shipment. •库存管理，及时做账，保证账实相符。 Inventory Management: Timely bookkeeping to ensure consistency between records and physical inventory. •文件归档，管理归档仓库文件，支持审核。 File archiving: Manage archived files in the repository and support auditing. •盘点，支持循环盘点，年度盘点。 Inventory management, supporting cyclical inventory and annual inventory. 职位要求： 知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE •学历-经验: i.中专及以上文凭。 Vocational school diploma or above ii.有SAP操作经验，会用SAP做账。 SAP operation experience and proficiency in SAP accounting; iii.具备产品包装、贴标及装箱经验，有医疗器械或制造业包装经验者优先。Experience in product packaging, labeling, and carton packing, preferably in the medical device or manufacturing industry. •语言 Languages - 中文熟练 Chinese fluent
