The Senior Regional Deployment Planner is responsible for regional deployment planning, inventory optimization, supply allocation, and operational execution across multiple APAC markets (China focus). This role ensures the right inventory is deployed to the right location at the right time while balancing customer service, inventory targets, and supply constraints. In addition to operational planning responsibilities, this position plays a key role in supporting regional supply chain projects, process improvements, system enhancements, business transitions, and transformation initiatives.

The incumbent will work closely with country planners, demand planning, commercial teams, logistics, manufacturing, and global supply teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the region. Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the Senior Regional Deployment Planner is expected to proactively manage supply risks, resolve operational challenges, drive data-driven decisions, and contribute to regional supply chain initiatives that enhance efficiency, service performance, and business outcomes. • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in supply planning, deployment planning, inventory management, project management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country planning activities is preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, supply planning, allocation management, and supply chain execution processes.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Medical Device, or other regulated industries is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analytics tools.
• Experience participating in or managing regional projects and process improvement initiatives is highly desirable. DESIRABLE（优先条件）
