I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science helps with understanding and maintaining a technological edge in terms of online education. And I hold a Master's Degree in Business Administration. This helped me enhance curriculum development and teacher training skills.
With10 years of teaching experience, I have become familiar with various educational tools to enhance the online learning experience to be equally as beneficial to a class of different language proficiencies. As an English Teacher in China, it is important to be cultural aware of the differences with American and Chinese Academic Cultures. This helps me to create a realistic/appropriate teaching methodology that supports the student’s progression.
If I were to approach this position from the aspect of teaching American students, there would be a lot of unintentionally offenses and conflicts.
