Job Description: Senior Graphic Designer / Design Director
- Responsible for corporate VI design. This includes the establishment of a corporate visual identity, standards and the collation and updating of relevant elements，make VI Brand guideline. Through external competitors analysis, design trends and sales differentiation, the new VI system will be implemented in 2021 to give the company a more group identity in external visuals.
- The brand visual system will be reconstructed and upgraded again in 2023.Responsible for establishing visual standards, continuously optimize the brand visual experience by analyzing industry trends, and establishing and improving standard processes for graphic design, video shooting and event construction.
- Responsible for leading the team to consolidate the company's basic information, establish the company's information structure tree, and improve the accuracy and uniqueness of the group's information.
- Responsible for managing the overall progress of visual projects, using daily reports, PM management processes and other methods to adjust the project process, efficient time management and improve the efficiency of the team.
- Responsible for giving advice to the design centre on product appearance design, in line with the corporate visual system, and assisting in the control of the quality of industrial design projects.
