Develop and execute the property’s IT strategy, ensuring alignment with operational goals, guest experience standards, and long-term business objectives.
Oversee the daily operation and security of all IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, PMS, POS, telephony, Wi-Fi, and guest-facing technologies.
Ensure robust data protection and cybersecurity protocols are in place, continuously monitored, and regularly updated to protect all sensitive information.
Manage IT projects and system upgrades, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
Provide responsive IT support to all departments, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining operational continuity.
Lead the IT budget planning and asset management, including procurement, software licensing, contract negotiation, and cost efficiency.

Strong knowledge of hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, CRM, VOIP, and guest-facing technologies.
Expertise in IT infrastructure, network security, and data protection best practices.
