Organize Plots’ professional profile through LinkedIn postings, hiring designers to create software and graphic designs (UI/UX)
Record weekly video interviews and viral TikToks around campus capturing market interest for various niche events

Brought in venture capital firms including BoostVC, POPL, and IF Ventures to judge Bruintank events, as well as sponsorship from DayDream; the VCs praised my management of the competition and indicated their enthusiasm to return for future events.
Screened 50 applications and prepared for investor review, with four $1000 prizes going to ideas from AI startups to children’s novelty items; received personal mentorship from VC investors
