Talent B 360°Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications, participating across the full software development lifecycle. The selected candidate will work on both frontend and backend, leveraging Java, Angular, and .NET technologies to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with business objectives.
Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications (frontend and backend), ensuring quality, performance, and security.
Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces using Angular (version 12+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
Design and implement backend services with Java (Spring Boot) and/or .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core), including RESTful APIs and microservices.
Participate in software architecture definition and technical decision-making within the team.
Integrate relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or non-relational databases (MongoDB) based on project requirements.
Write unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure code quality.
Actively collaborate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban): sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
Document developments, technical processes, and architecture decisions.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's development practices.
Manage code versioning through Git (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in full-stack development.
Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and/or .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).
Solid experience with Angular (TypeScript, RxJS, Angular Material).
Knowledge of RESTful API design and consumption, as well as microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with relational databases and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, Entity Framework).
Experience with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to product quality.
Self-driven and proactive in proposing technical improvements.
Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments and comfort working within Agile methodologies.
