Full Stack Developer - Spring Boot Developer — AI Coding Agents (Mid/Senior)

We're looking for talented professionals based in Colombia for long-term remote opportunities.

Collaborate closely with the business team to understand customer needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
Develop clean, efficient and testable code using Spring Boot.
Contribute to architecture decisions and help scale the application into a global running product.
Use AI coding agents throughout development, reviewing and validating their output to ensure quality, security and reliability.
Break down complex tasks into smaller deliverables and contribute to realistic delivery timelines.
Contribute across the product lifecycle, from requirements and technical design to implementation, testing, deployment and ongoing improvement.
Take responsibility for your work and collaborate with the team to continuously improve the product and development practices.
4+ years of hands-on software development experience, with deep knowledge of Spring Boot.
Strong software architecture skills and the ability to make and explain technical decisions.
Daily, practical experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar tools.
Leadership experience or the potential to take on technical leadership responsibilities.
A university degree with a strong academic record.
Strong interest in finance, technology and digitalisation.
Full English proficiency for daily communication with international teams.
A collaborative, innovative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership
