Fullstack Software Engineer — Java · Python · React

We're hiring on behalf of a high-traffic product team building and maintaining a live hiring events platform used by enterprise clients at scale. If you thrive in live production environments, own your code end-to-end, and move fast without losing quality — we want to hear from you.

About the Role The Hiring Events platform is a live, client-facing product with high support volume. Your work centers on diagnosing and resolving production issues, maintaining system health, and supporting architecture changes that keep events running without interruption.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and resolve production issues on live hiring events
• Triage and address support tickets with client-facing teams; maintain SLAs
• Monitor production systems and respond swiftly to performance degradation
• Support architecture changes and system integrations
• Maintain and update event logic as dependencies evolve

Tech Stack (Required)

• Java / Spring Boot (primary) or Django / Python (secondary) — backend
• React — multiple frontend surfaces
• Kafka & GraphQL
• SQL or MongoDB
• Build & deployment experience
• At least one of: Dagster, Data Lakes, Amazon Athena

We're hiring at two levels:

• Mid-Level 3–5 years of experience
• Senior 5+ years · demonstrated ability to lead and onboard engineers

What We're Looking For

• High ownership — you ship and deploy without hand-holding
• Strong autonomy and ability to handle ambiguity
• Data-driven troubleshooting of production issues
• Clear, concise communication with both technical and client-facing teams

Nice to Have

• PM experience working with GTM teams and engineers on prioritization
• AI-assisted development tools: Claude, Cursor, Windsurf
