Role Overview
At Coderio, we are looking for a
Fullstack
Team Lead
to join an innovative technology company and play a key role in leading the development of a modern web application.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll combine technical expertise with team coordination, helping drive product delivery while maintaining high engineering standards. You'll work closely with the Tech Manager, Product team, and software engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between the Tech Manager and the development team.
- Design and validate scalable technical solutions aligned with the existing architecture.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine requirements and prepare technical specifications or user stories.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning activities.
- Participate actively in software development, delivering high-quality code across the full stack.
- Review pull requests to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Perform bug triage, prioritize technical issues, and support production releases.
- Validate new features before deployment and help ensure a smooth delivery process.
- Promote engineering best practices, code consistency, and continuous improvement across the team.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in software development.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring software engineering teams.
- Strong experience building modern web applications with
React
and
TypeScript
.
- Solid backend development experience with
Node.js
and Express.js.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of
PostgreSQL
or other relational databases.
- Experience performing code reviews and providing technical guidance.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience working with Git and GitHub workflows.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).

- Experience with

- Experience using
shadcn/ui

- Familiarity with
Drizzle ORM
or similar ORMs (Prisma, TypeORM, Sequelize).
- Knowledge of web security best practices (JWT, CORS, Helmet, authentication and authorization).
