We are searching for a Lead Front-End React Developer to join our remote team and lead the development of both back-end and front-end components of React dashboards. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate stakeholder needs into technical language, ensuring effective communication and collaboration in presenting solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to be proficient in writing unit tests and developing integration APIs using Python.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of both back-end and front-end components of React dashboards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate stakeholder needs into technical language

Develop integration APIs using Python

Write unit tests using tools like Jest / Enzyme

Use design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision to create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes

Present solutions and discuss design ideas based on stakeholder needs

Follow Agile practices to ensure adaptability in project development

Requirements

5+ years of relevant professional experience

1+ year of relevant leadership experience

Proficiency in React (JavaScript and TypeScript) and Python Rest API

Experience building both the back-end and front-end components of React dashboards

Familiarity with integration API development using Python

Proficiency in writing unit tests using tools like Jest / Enzyme

Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision for creating wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes

Familiarity with Babel and Craco

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting solutions

Ability to discuss and suggest design ideas based on stakeholder needs

Familiarity with Agile practices ensures adaptability in project development

B2+ English level proficiency
