We are seeking an experienced Lead Python Developer to become part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will help shape technical direction and deliver creative solutions. Develop and support backend platforms using up-to-date Python technologies
Architect scalable and resilient software systems
Work with cross-functional teams to introduce new product features
Analyze and address issues related to performance and technical hurdles
Uphold best practices for code clarity, maintainability, and quality
Engage in technical discussions and contribute to project planning
Support deployment processes and manage release activities
Encourage ongoing learning and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team
At least 5 years of hands-on experience building applications with Python, including FastAPI and Django
Minimum one year of experience guiding and supervising development teams
Advanced skills in PostgreSQL for efficient database operations
Expertise in Docker for application packaging and deployment
Dedication to automated testing, including comprehensive unit and integration tests
Background working in agile environments on mission-critical projects
Strong team player, actively involved in code reviews and peer collaboration
Ability to work effectively with international teams
Knowledge of Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence for managing projects and documentation
Experience with cloud-native services such as S3, Lambda, AWS AKS, and CloudWatch for robust infrastructure
Proficient English communication skills at B2+ level or above
Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for automating workflows and CI/CD
Insight into integrating Jira and GitHub for streamlined project management
Understanding of DevOps methodologies to optimize development and operational processes
Experience in financial domains or Treasury, including payment processing, wire transfers, reconciliation, and cash management
