We are seeking a skilled Lead Python Web Developer to enhance our team.

Responsibilities

Develop high-performance web applications utilizing Python technologies

Improve platform reliability and optimize service availability

Integrate third-party APIs and additional services to enhance application functionality

Collaborate with multiple teams to achieve collective project objectives

Refactor and enhance existing web systems to address evolving business requirements

Evaluate code submissions and mentor other developers

Diagnose and resolve technical problems within web platforms

Define and maintain best practices for web development workflows

Assist in planning and estimating new features and project enhancements

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent experience

5+ years of professional experience in web-focused software engineering roles

At least one year of leadership and supervision experience in development teams

Advanced proficiency in Python for web application development and maintenance

Background in database management for efficient data storage and retrieval

Skills in using Git for version control, collaborative development, and workflow optimization

Familiarity with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI for efficient application development

Knowledge of Python web servers for deploying and running web solutions

Understanding of security measures to protect web applications from vulnerabilities

Background in software development methodologies to support smooth project execution

Capability to implement secure user authentication and authorization systems

Showcase of leadership in guiding teams or projects to successful outcomes

Qualifications in English communication at B2+ level or higher, both written and spoken

Nice to have

Understanding of deploying and managing web applications using cloud platforms

Proficiency in Docker or similar tools to manage containerized environments

Familiarity with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to create user interfaces
