Python / Odoo Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time developer to join a small, collaborative product team. You will work closely with the lead developer and product owner to build new features, improve existing functionality, fix bugs, and maintain a reliable codebase.

The product is built with Odoo 19, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and PostgreSQL, with ongoing development involving AI-powered document processing and third-party integrations.

Schedule

Responsibilities

• Build new features and improvements based on detailed specifications
• Understand requirements fully and ask questions when anything is unclear
• Identify and fix bugs
• Maintain code quality and system reliability
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Identify potential risks or issues before development begins
• Test completed work against the requirements before submission

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Python development experience
• Experience with web development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and relational databases
• PostgreSQL experience preferred
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience using Git in a shared codebase

Preferred Qualifications

• Odoo development experience, ideally with Odoo 17–19
• Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor
• Experience working with third-party APIs and integrations
• Experience with e-signature and email integrations
