Hi everyone! I’m currently working on an urgent search for one of our strategic clients in the U.S. within the technology consulting industry.

We’re looking for a

Sr/Lead Odoo Engineer with strong

Python backend experience to lead the implementation, customization, and integration of the Odoo platform in a complex, scalable environment.

🔹 Key requirements:

• 5+ years of Python (backend)
• 3+ years of Odoo experience
• Strong experience with Odoo implementation & customization
• Experience with integrations and scalable architectures
• Previous experience leading teams / technical leadership
• Agile environment & best practices (code reviews, testing, etc.)

✨ Nice to have:

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, UX/UI, BA)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience in remote/distributed teams

3 months (with possibility of extension)

Location:

Colombia or Mexico
