SR Python Developer

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SR PYTHON DEV!

Requirements for the candidate

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong grounding in computer science fundamentals or 3+ years software engineering experience with M.S.
• Expertise in Scala, Python and Java with ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and perform high-quality PR reviews in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design , especially in distributed architectures.
• Proven experience in the design and development of distributed systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience with modern data and compute technologies such as: Apache Iceberg, Apache Spark, Kafka, Cassandra, Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
• Knowledge of public cloud environments, preferably AWS, including real-time telemetry and 3PC integrations.
• Strong collaborator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience or familiarity with data governance or data cataloging systems like DataHub, is a plus
