I´m Psychologist with experience on talent acquisition and passionate to work on projects of DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion). I do have 5+ years of experience on recruitment for different profiles, high volume and leadership positions. Also, I had the opportunity to lead teams and see the impact of my concern for their development.
