Duvan Carrillo.

My name is Duvan, I am 19 years old. I was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia. Since I was a child I knew that I wanted to learn English, so, when I had the chance I started to study English on multiple platforms and academies. I am someone empathic who loves to help the caller so I always take care of the caller's concerns. I always want to help and do everything that it's in my hands to handle the situation by myself.

I have 10 months of experience working for Teleperformance. I worked as a bilingual support agent for a Transportation App. After that, I worked in Concentrix for 6 months in a Health Care company. During my time working there, I improved my customer service skills.
