Proven leadership of procurement strategy, consultant services for Oil & gas Projects, evaluation of projects, Capex estimation, Cost Management, Procurement, type of contracts, strategies in the negotiation. strategic sourcing, contract administration, commercial risk, claims, supplier management and negotiations for CAPEX portfolios up to US$10B.
Experience across Colombia, the Middle East and North America, with direct exposure to upstream, midstream, downstream, refinery, gas processing, pipelines and energy infrastructure projects. Strong SAP Ariba/SAP MM, Oracle ERP, Power BI and advanced Excel capability, with fluent professional English and Spanish.
