I have worked for over 15 years in education with my focus being on language development.

As a Senior Learning Experience Designer at the National University System, I have successfully designed and developed online courses within learning management systems such as Blackboard and Brightspace. Leveraging tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite, I have created interactive and engaging learning experiences that captivate learners and meet specific learning objectives. Collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts, I ensured effective lesson design and content alignment to deliver high-quality courses.

My experience as an Instructional Technologist/Course Designer at California Western School of Law allowed me to collaborate with SMEs in constructing courses within the Canvas learning management system. Additionally, I supported bilingual communication by translating progress reports from English to Spanish. My proficiency in managing the LMS's back-end and front-end operations ensured a seamless learning experience for students and faculty.

While a Spanish Teacher at Ridley High School and Harriton High School, I developed an iPad training program for a district-wide initiative. I assisted teachers in converting their classes to learning management systems. By utilizing innovative teaching methods such as Total Physical Response Storytelling, I fostered an immersive learning environment and achieved excellent student engagement and outcomes.

My educational background includes a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology from St. Joseph's University, where I specialized in multimedia production and instructional design. I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Education with a Spanish Certification (K-12) from West Chester University. Furthermore, my Associate's Degree in Computer Programming from Pennco Tech equipped me with technical skills in programming languages, multimedia development, and networking.
