Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation.
-Find suitable potential IT candidates for different Heinsohn's clients in Colombia and USA from the databases and tools such as LinkedIn, Torre, Indeed, Github, Get on board.
-Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates and continually build a pipeline of candidates.
-Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial introduction to onboarding.
-Creat a positive candidate experience by moving them through the process quickly and professionally.
