I have over 3 and a half years of experience in the BPO and healthcare sectors in the United States. I started as a customer service advisor, where I was responsible for scheduling appointments, confirming, canceling, and rescheduling medical appointments, as well as tracking medications, referrals, and any other medical attention required by the patient. Later, I was promoted to the position of trainer, where based on all the campaign information, I became familiar with the US healthcare system.
As a trainer, I developed activities such as creating learning materials, monitoring metrics for new groups, and teaching the training material to the new groups.
