I am a lawyer with over 8 years of experience in private law. I have managed judicial processes and in contractual law. Currently, I specialize in intellectual property, particularly in trademarks, copyright, and the management of intangible assets, enriching this field with my knowledge of private contractual law.
My interests are oriented towards commercial law and expanding my expertise and practice in other areas of intellectual property, such as new technologies, software, artificial intelligence, big data, consumer rights, and digital products.
