I have been worked inWell operations for Oil & gas exploration and production Companies. Both in small independents, and in large companies: BP, Emerald Energy, Omimex, Dublin Petroleum, Lewis Energy, and outsourcing for Hocol, Ecopetrol, Hupecol, Gazprom neft middle east recently Halliburton CPM. Aseasoned Petroleum Engineering, and candidate MSc. Economics. Mybackground experience 20 years in the upstream business through well operations drilling, completions and workover and SIMOPS with Coiled tubing and Fracking operations.
The opportunity to work indifferent geographical locations Middle east, Central America, Colombia (south America); improve myskills of planning during the projects execution due toI learnt tobe actively involved with all the Corporate departments ingood communication toanticipate or reduce delays or mistakes caused about different distances, languages, local culture regulations, also caused by human resources with background experiences from different organizations and insome particular cases different personalities.
The important point to guarantee the success in project execution, requires informing all the team of professionals about overall goals of the project in budget and timing; and continue with the step-by-step goals definition during short periods. Assignment of responsibilities at teams and accountable leaders when is required or in case, is not clearly defined.

Experience of 20+ through, big OIL E&P until small E&P OIL producers. I have commitment of working with protecting of Health, Safety, & Environment with Oil & Gas operators. Provide experience for the well operation of the drilling rigs or work-over units. Also, include engineering with planning support from the offices and supervision. Drilling, Completion & WO Operations with different wells profiles: 3000 ft, 5200 ft, 8000 ft, 11,500 ft, until 15000 ft MD.
Well pad projects in Cluster locations 5 – 10 wells - high angle profiles and horizontal 81/2” hole sections. Engineering, Supervision, Superintendent.
