I am a Senior Project Manager and Client Delivery professional with over 15 years of experience managing complex technology programs for global enterprise clients across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. Throughout my career at companies like VMware, Broadcom, Hewlett Packard, and Arista Networks, I have consistently served as the primary bridge between executive stakeholders and technical delivery teams — translating business needs into actionable solutions and ensuring that every engagement delivers measurable outcomes.

I have managed portfolios of 30 to 80+ concurrent client engagements, built and developed high-performing delivery teams, and led programs that generated over USD 9M in direct revenue.

Most recently, I served as Project Delivery Lead at Arista Networks, where I managed a global portfolio of 35+ concurrent SD-WAN and networking projects representing USD 1.46M in active revenue across banking, healthcare, government, and telecom clients in NA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. I led the full transition of this portfolio following a corporate acquisition, ensuring zero disruption to client operations.

Prior to that, I was Senior Project Manager at Broadcom, where I delivered 12 strategic projects across 7 countries generating USD 1.7M+ in revenue, managing scope, budgets, risks, and critical escalations while maintaining client satisfaction throughout a major organizational transition.

My most formative role was at VMware, where I built the Professional Services delivery function from the ground up — designing governance frameworks, delivery processes, and reporting structures adopted as the team standard. As AMER/LATAM Delivery Manager, I oversaw 80+ concurrent engagements across 12+ countries, generating USD 5.7M+ in revenue for the company. I also recruited and mentored the global PM team across all regions.

Earlier in my career, as a Customer Program Manager at Hewlett Packard, I led large-scale BSS/OSS transformation programs for Tier 1 telecom operators in Latin America — including provisioning platforms serving 7M+ households and billing modernization projects — with full P&L ownership and direct accountability to C-suite stakeholders.

Across all of these roles, my focus has been consistent: build trust with executive clients, keep delivery teams aligned and accountable, and make sure every engagement translates into clear, measurable business value.
