I have been learning English for the past two years. I worked as a dental designer in a dental laboratory, where I sometimes had to speak to people in English to solve issues. I worked in a bilingual call center for about a month, where I offered all kinds of loans, especially lines of credit, to business owners. I think my greater strength is my ability to work effectively even if I feel nervous or stressed.

I've worked at Uno 27 as an agent in a retention campaign for about 9 months, I had to encourage people to keep having the products with Claro when they wanted to cancel them, I had multiple tools to get this goal, I could offer discounts, technical support, answer questions, etc. I also worked at LabDental Felipe G. for about 3 years as a dental designer, where I had to scan, design, and print dental restorations, I was also in charge of keeping the equipment in good condition, and because of that sometimes I had to interact with people to solve some issues, I quit because of the long working hours, and finally, I recently worked for about a month for a man who was starting a new bilingual campaign to offer all kind of loans, especially lines of credit, I liked that experience since I learned to interact more effectively with Americans from all over the United States, unfortunately, the campaign didn't work because the man didn't call me again.

I completed high school, studied English at American School Way, and have a B2 certificate. Since then, I've been improving my English, so I think I have a B2+ level. I also have some certificates in dental design courses.
