(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)

• Build and launch mobile-first marketing websites using Webflow, ensuring excellent performance, responsiveness, and visual quality

• Translate Figma designs into production-ready Webflow sites efficiently, leveraging AI-augmented workflows to accelerate delivery and improve precision

• Implement advanced animations and interactive elements to enhance user experience and engagement

• Apply custom code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when needed to extend Webflow functionality

• Optimize websites for SEO and AIEO, using AI tools to improve discoverability, performance, and content effectiveness

• Monitor, maintain, and update marketing sites to ensure ongoing performance, accuracy, and alignment with evolving campaigns

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support launches, experiments, and continuous improvements across web properties

Needed Expertise

(What you need to succeed in the role) 

• 2+ years of experience building mobile.first websites using Webflow
• Strong experience implementing advanced animations and interactive web experiences

• Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience translating Figma designs into production efficiently and accurately

• Hands-on experience using AI tools to support development workflows, optimization, and monitoring

• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on speed, precision, and execution quality

• Ability to work independently and deliver reliably in a part-time, async-friendly environment

• Must be an individual contributor (no agencies or teams)

Not Required But Nice To Have Expertise

(What would be great for you to have)

• Experience supporting Marketing teams or building marketing-focused websites

• Familiarity with SEO and AIEO best practices and implementation

• Basic knowledge of SQLite or other lightweight databases

• Experience using AI tools to accelerate design-to-development workflow
