Passionate and proactive lead and finance professional with +8 years of experience and an educational background in Business Administration. Over the last 10 years I’ve gained experience in shared service center environment, working within finance operations in AP and OTC areas specifically in the credit risk department.
As a manager in Cargill, I became the single point of contact for the LATAM credit Risk Operations from MX to South America handling 4 different lines of businesses
Some of the main responsabilities in this role focused on the credit risk performance, meeting KPI goals, present metrics to the local stakeholders and GPO in a monthly basis, led and participated in diferent projects to improve the ways of working, extenal and internal audit processes, creation and review of SOP´s and of course the management of the team, which involves developments and performance plans, effciencies, vacations, etc.
Additionally, during my period in Cargill, I had the opportunity to participate in 4 different migrations (US, Canada, Mexico, and Chile) and also I had the responsability to lead a migration for Central America and Colombia working closely with the PM Team.
All the positions interacting with cross functional teams and stakeholders at different levels.
My latest experience was in Moddys Analytics as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, basically concentrated in the Expense account reporting process, ensuring all the expenses were booked according to our Budget and forecast planning, also I had to work with different stakeholders at the different levels.
Organized trainings for the team, help to create SOP´s, and also participate in the NORMS initiative that was presented and implemented in our finance team.
License Degree in Business Administration and currently studying a Master´s in Project Management
