Hi, I'm Alonso Cortes.

On the one hand, I am an experienced Creative Advertising Director. On the other, I am a Backend Software Developer with one year of experience. Putting both together, I find a place where my great passions are combined: creativity and technology.

Currently, I work as a Backend Software Developer, in charge of creating chatbots that are implemented in multiple channels like Web, SMS, Facebook Messages, Whatsapp Business, and Apple Business Chat, using mostly Javascript functions in Botpress.

In my functions, I have to build serverless API endpoints in AWS that I later implement on the bot.

Also, I worked on the Frontend Development for the channel web for the bots.

I worked in many advertising agencies as a copywriter and as a General Creative Director. I won more than 100 advertising awards, including El Ojo de Iberoamérica (Argentina) and Festival Volcán (Costa Rica). I managed large team groups of copywriters and designers, up to 15+.
