I started my first freelance job as a translator for poker website articles. At that moment, I realized I could go back to college and keep on working on this.
I had volunteered with Habitat for Humanity CR, so I offered them my services and they hired me immediately.
This job opened many doors for me. At the same time I started working for another ONG Ser y Crecer while doing other random translations on the side too.
Currently, I am working for a customs agency in CR, for 7 ½ years today. I assist translating documents, contracts, publicity and have been a live interpreter when clients visit from abroad.
